This 30 minute yoga class is all about gently strengthening your back. Different strength, stretching and twisting exercises help you to strengthen your body. Together we flow through beneficial hip openers, mobilize and strengthen the entire back and consciously connect with our breathing.
An interplay of mobilizing exercises, Vinyasa elements and deep stretching awaits you.
No props are necessary for this flow.
