B I N D I N G  &  H E A D S T A N D



Welcome to this one-hour yoga class.

During this class, we will challenge ourselves with different bindings in various asanas. These movements may be unfamiliar  at first, but over time you will feel more comfortable and confident. We will also start work towards our headstand in this yoga class. I will explain step by step on a wall how to start your headstand practice and then incorporate headstands into the flow as well. If you still don’t feel safe enough, please always approach a wall. Please be aware that you never have to go as far as I do, but only as far as your body is able to.

Props are not necessary.
