This 50 min yoga class is intended to strengthen, stretch and relax your entire body. Moving through basic postures, this class is intended for anyone that is looking for a peaceful yet challenging way to start their yoga practice. We will start to learn how to connect breath to movement and slowly start flowing in between each asana. If you’re new to yoga and feel too intimidated by fast paced flow classes, this class is a great gateway to getting into that style without immediate intensity and intimidation.

This class is also great for anyone that is feeling over worked, tired or physically/emotionally drained. If you enjoy this easy flow, feel free to leave a comment below, letting me know how you felt 🙏🏼

You may need a pillow or a blanket to sit on for the beginning and end of this class, but it is not a necessity. Enjoy!
