Welcome to this one-hour yoga class. During this flow, we will work on our physical mobility and our strength. We will also challenge ourselves with some balance exercises in different asanas.
This class is advanced, so try to do each asana deliberately and with as much calmness as possible, despite the pace. You will certainly face mental challenges in some situations, but always try to go back to your breath in those moments.
Props are not necessary.
