Some of you might be a little tired of the strong presence of the downward facing dog posture in yoga flows. Which is exactly why I created this class for you, which doesn’t include the Adho Mukha Svanasana. This class will guide you through a variation of soft backbends and twists as well as stronger standing postures. This flow does include some sensual movements as well to connect you even deeper to yourself. We will take our time stretching our body at the end of this class and enjoy a nice long savasana. This class is suited for all levels.
No props are necessary for this flow.
