Welcome to beautiful thailand, where this class was filmed. This yoga practice will strengthen your body and awaken your entire digestive system.
Throughout this 35 minute yoga class there will be different twisting postures to stimulate your digestive organs.
This yoga class is all about movement, strength and patience within yourself. It is a a more advanced yoga class but you are always welcome to modify any postures or come into a childspose at any point to rest.
There are no props necessary.
