You don't have to achieve anything in yoga. You are where you need to be. Exactly this place and moment where you are now - that's how it should be. Therefore, to all my advanced yogis: listen to your body and perform all asanas slowly and in a controlled manner so you do not injure yourself. Everything else will come with time.
